Shipping & Payment
What are your delivery options?
UK orders are shipped either via Royal Mail or MyHermes with a 3-5 day delivery service. Shipping costs are determined by weight and are calculated at checkout.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we provide international delivery. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For, this services is tracked until leaving the UK and includes insurance. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.
What is your payment method?
Payment for your online purchases are via PayPal, this is an easy, simple & secure way to pay online. There's no need to type up all your card details, your login and password are all you need. It's easier, quicker and safer simply because your details are never shared and always protected.
How to Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item unused and undamaged with all tags attached, packaging and gift boxes etc within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require prior authorisation and a valid Returns Note, please email for authorisation. We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit so please insure all parcels when returning.
